I have inquired everyday since only to hear from the Customer Service Reps that this is not normal and that they have placed requests to expedite my transfer.

And today’s chat with them has gained no further ground in receiving my funds. I chatted with a nice lady named Stacy who, it would genuinely seem, is trying to help me to her best ability but has no further information. Their Customer Services are a joke when it comes to anything related to a Client’s finances and they continually want to refer you back to the “Account Manager” for more information. So, if you have an “Account Manager” that is unresponsive to your claim for your own money then your withdrawal request just sits there with a “pending” status and no one seems to know why or how to change that. It’s ridiculous, unprofessional and is 100% a SCAM.

I would NOT, by any means, recommend LBINARY to anyone interested in trading or investing. They ARE NOT a legitimate brokerage and the integrity of this outfit will always fail the client.

In the end, I contacted my bank and informed them of the circumstances. They then referred me to their Fraud Dept for a claim against LBinary. As it stands, I have followed up with my bank’s simple claim form and they contacted LBinary directly. Since then, LBinary has closed my account and has stated that my original principal has been processed back to my original bank card. According to my bank, they have until 25DEC14 to complete all transactions without further prosecution on their end.

I will try to follow up with more details as to how my situation unfolds as progress is made, or not.

I agree with all who say Lbinary is a scam. I had to dispute their withdrawal from my credit card company in order to get my money they owed me. They lost over 80% of my initial deposit in about a 2 day period. Not what they claim, for sure. I would recommend all who are having a problem getting their money back to tell them you will be contacting your credit card bank and initiate a charge back. None of these scammers want to have allot of chargebacks because they will be in danger of losing their ability to use credit cards. Credit card companies like Visa and mastercard do not look too fondly on companies who have allot of chargebacks.

I submitted a report dated 27 August which is still there to be read. I have an update which may help others in their dealings with Lbinary. Having used cash back requests(with all supporting documents)I have managed to get back all the money Lbinary “stole” from me by consistently promising things that they had no intention of fulfilling, whilst adding unrequested bonuses to tie me to terms & conditions, which are totally one sided. After reporting them to Action Fraud I received a letter stating that Lbinary are “suspected criminals”(Action Fraud are, in essence, the City of London Police)This letter, and support from victim support, allowed me to convince the banks that Lbinary are a fraudulent operation and return all money deposited with Lbinary. They don’t deserve to have any customers-hopefully, their bad reputation in the way they deal with their customers will close them down.

Lbinary has changed my open positions so that I lost trades, and keep calling me to deposit more. I am trying to get my money refunded.

Scamwatchdog has deleted all my comments about Lbinary manipulating my trades to lose and even recommend Lbinary as a trusted broker. Lbinary is to be avoided, in my opinion.

Beeoptions offered to refund my deposit after verification. But stay away from Lbinary.

Also RBoptions called me to ask for a bigger deposit but I refused. I am asking for a refund of my deposit with RBoptions.

I want to share my Lbinary experience. As a new trader doing all the beginner´s mistakes, I got, this september, 3000 dollars taken from my credit card to my Lbinary account during a phonecall, maybe a day after first deposit.

It took me 3 month´s to get them back. I am very happy with finally getting my money back but that road was not simple or easy.

Why did I not contact my cc company for them to get my money back? Well I found Lbinary on several sites “recommended brokers” list before I made my first 250 deposit so I did not anticipate any withdrawal problems.

(I had not yet found this excellent site.)

My account was verified within a day or so, that was the first time I made a withdraw request. Over the 3 month´s they cancelled my withdraw many times, some times laughed on the phone but many times acting very professional, but NO approved withdrawal. I contacted Lbinary and the “broker” many times every week. Finally my broker approved my withdrawal after I got help with phonecalls to the company. I do not think that it should take 3 month´s for Lbinary to approve a withdraw but I am soo happy to get my money back. I would not recommend anyone to use Lbinary for anything. For all you who are having trouble with this company:DO NOT GIVE UP.

Maybe they think they can make u forget about it or put you on hold hoping you eventually trade and loose everything or maybe they just do not have the funds to payout?

LBinary is a SCAM!! Do NOT.. I repeat Do Not give them your money!! Worst customer service, i had tony and Kareem… worst manager and broker… they would not let me withdraw my money, they gave me bonus without my approval, and on top of that when i requested several times for them not to use the account they still used it and made sure i lost every penny on purpose so i can stop asking to withdraw. The deal with LBinary: If you win trades consistently and are able to take a significant profit, be forewarned :THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU. After winning over $4,500 in approximately 3 weeks trading on their platform (and being a “fully verified” client) on December 12, 2014 I requested a full withdrawal of my funds. Well it’s been over a month now and I’m still waiting for my money. They’ve used every excuse possible in not paying out, including ignoring my requests outright. After notifying these scammers of my intention to pursue legal and criminal complaints against LBinary I received a payout of ONLY my initial deposit on 1/13/15. The battle will continue. I’ve also come to realize that these guys probably don’t even have the money to pay me. I’m sharing my story in the hopes of preventing other people from falling for this ponzi scheme.

Reasons not to join lbinary.

1) prices are different from mt4. Im ok with constant price difference. but lbinary design their website that will move the opposite direction as you trade.

2) i could only get my money out after chatting with their customer support every working day and telling them im in urgent need. and they still delay for a month.

3)while making withdraw, after a few day, your account manager will call you and ask you to deposit more so that he could help you to trade to earn money. he will TELL you that he is using your card to deposit without your approval. after transaction is declined i told him im using debit card and not credit card and i have no money to invest, he just hung up the call.

Today I got a call from Lbinary and I want to share my experience.

The guy whom I talked to try to convince me that it is an easy way of making money.

He: It is easy it will be up or down.

I: This is why it is precisely more risky then any other investments. So I first want to learn and then start trading.

He: What you want to learn?

I: I want to learn about indicators, correlation between currency pairs and some other properties of currency pairs.

He: No it is not that complicated it is easy you are making it complicated. How much is enough for you monthly?

I: The amount is not important to me for me what really matters is percentage change. Monthly 20 percent.

He: But in terms of money how much?

I: Again magnitude is meaningless what really matters is percentage change.

He: Alright how much you want to invest?

I: It depends on my knowledge and training by the time I start trading.

He: You can start with $500 then in end of 4 months you will have enough practice.

I: I prefer to have this knowledge and skills before I trade.

And then he understood I am not a fish then he said have a nice day.

The bottom line they are definitely scam or worse that they do not know what they are doing.

the result of this does not surprise me at all LBinary is a bunch of scam artist. It started off for me being misled in how they were able to get money off my credit card by asking for a deniable amount that I new i did not have little did I know they were getting approvals for 1000 intervals up to that large amount to get everything they could off the card. once I had realized what had happened it was to late. they had already happened. then I went in and asked for a withdrawal and I had to do all kinds of paperwork to get things “in order” and the first withdrawal was canceled. Then the account manager called and said your money is already hear let me prove to you that I can make you some money so i will give you some trades to follow you trade them and I prove to you and you will see. i figured I would test him on a small scale and did a few trades and walla he did good. then he came back to me and said he got in all kinds of trouble helping me because my trades were so small and so few for what he had given me that he was willing to help me make some money but usually most of his clients had account sizes 10 times mine and i had to trust him and really trade. well that day I lost a quick $1000. on a $4000 account. It has now been over 3 weeks that I have had pending withdrawals and LBinary and they keep cumming up with problems or excuses every 7 business days of why they cancel my request. be ware and do not deal with this company. I hope to post this all over the internet to keep as many potential customers out of there doors. The only other Option Broker that I have used up till now is CVC Option and they were great. I had the funds in my account after withdrawal from there within 4 business days after requesting it.

Same Problem as all these folks. After they had my credit card info it was all over, They helped themselves to my credit card even while on the phone with me yelling not to take any more money. They call on the phone using multiple people with boiler room tatics to confuse you and badger (extort) more money. They put the fear of losing their trading help and or your standing if you don’t put more money in. They promise all kinds of things that they don’t fulfill. They put a bonus in my account without even asking me if I wanted it. Then they wouldn’t allow me to make a withdrawl until I make hundreds of thousands of dollars in trades due to the bonus. My so called Senior Trader that goes by the name of Nick Rodgers had to be nagged by me to give the trading help he promised. Big Mistake. He finally gave me a hastily thrown together list of 20 trades to place immediatly. 8 wins 12 losses at an ivestment of $1,033.10 each. Another time 16 Trades 12 loses. Senior Trader? An amature can average 50%. I won’t even tell you the idiotic excuse he made you wouldn’t believe me.

These people are only good at one thing. Stealing your money.

My experience with them:

I opened an account with them 4 months ago, and I deposited $ 250. I was shocked to find out that an external trading was being done in my account , and it was sweeping my account almost to Zero. After contacting them, one of their staffs told me that it was a ROBOT. I requested him to stop it, but he said, I must deposit more $250 because my account balance was very low. I deposited more $250, but the problem did not stop. In addition they put a bonus in my account without my approval, so that it will not be possible for me to make withdrawals. Another staff from them called me and gave me guarantee to solve the problem if I deposit more $250. I deposited more $250, but the problem did not stop. A third staff from them called me, and he said that if I deposit $ 2250 making my total deposits $3000, he will add my deposited $750 back in my account, and will add $3000 to my account to be withdrawn after two days. First, he added my $ 750 back in my account. Then, when I deposited more $ 2250, he disappeared, and the situation did not change. Now they don’t answer my e-mails or calls. My account balance was swept to ZERO.

Hello i opened an account with Lbinary. I didnot do any trades. I requested for a withdrawal 2 days i opened the account. This was pending for 2 weeks then i gave them a call. A lady said i hadn’t filled in the deposit form thats why it was taking long. Then she sent me the form to fill. After i filled it, i sent it back. She said it will take another 5 working days to receive my money. i called them after the 5 working days and they said to me that i needed to cancel my withdrawal and put in the request gain because the first withdrawal was done before i had filled in the deposit confirmation form. The customer service rep then put in a new withdrawal for me on 22nd March 2015. He said by Friday 27th March the money will be in my account.

Then an Lbinary person called me on 25th March 2015. I told him all i want is my money and please stop calling me. He kept on calling but i didnt answer. Then today Friday 27th March 2015, the same Lbinary guy called me and said to me the robot that lost all my money. I thought it was a joke. I checked my account to find that my money was gone. I called Lbinary and they said that i had authority the Lbinary Person who called me on 25th March to trade for me. This is an utter lie. more than 7 months to try withdrawing my funds with no luck, it was under process and then when i got in touch with them via online chat they told me there was missing docs. which is weird, i got an email in oct 2014 that my account is verified, so i did forward the email to them again and now am waiting.

They made a withdrawal on my account and when I asked them about it they said “I” made the withdrawal. I don’t mind making a withdrawal but as long as I get my money, which I never did. When I asked who closed it and wasn’t I suppose to be the one to close it and where was my money? I have been subjected to misrepresentation on three occasions primarily by George Levinski (who is on LinkedIn) and Ron Ramzi who work good cop bad cop.

I paid once to have my account liquidised (cash account) and they immediately recklessly traded and lost 2/3 of my account.

I then got two withdrawals and agreed a low risk trading philosophy and regular monthly withdrawal only to find they again recklessly traded and plonked in bonuses thereby freezing the account. Another trader contacted me with a rescue plan which not surprisingly was going to cost me money to liquidise it again.

Put it simply. Lbinary has misrepresented itself. When it comes to depositing funds, it takes less than 60 seconds. But when it comes to withdrawal, it took nearly 60 days for my first withdrawal and now I am still waiting for my funds for my second withdrawal. The finance department cannot be bothered to respond to your e-mail. I have disputed all my charges but they cannot be bothered with them. The customer service representatives told me it takes 7-14 working days to get my withdrawal approved and money. Is this a misrepresentation?

Basically, trading in binary options is designed to be easy to carry out, even for the beginners in the market.

In all cases, the payout you will get after winning a certain trade is stated beforehand. Since the risk you incur while trading binary options is limited to the amount of money you put at stake, you should only risk what you can afford to lose in any position.

The Up/Down Trading Option.

The Up/Down is among the easiest trading options in the binary options industry. Just like the name suggests, this options entails clicking on either the UP (call) or the Down (put) button, in accordance with the direction that you believe the price will take. Let us look at an example where Gold is the asset you would like to open a trade on.

Most binary options brokers will feature a graph on each asset listed on their platform. In the case of Gold, the graph provided will have a line to indicate the movement of gold prices over time. From the provided graph, you can see how the price of Gold has been changing over time. As such, you can decide on the probable direction that the price will move in the near future. It is on this basis that you make your prediction on whether the price of Gold will rise or fall in the near future.

If you believe that Gold will appreciate in value in the near future, you should click on the ‘Call’ button to open a trade. You should then indicate the amount you would like to stake in the trade and your preferred expiry period from the dropdown menu provided by the broker and then place the trade. If you believe that the price will drop in the near future, you should click on the ‘Put’ and indicate the amount you would like to stake as well as your preferred expiry period before placing the trade.

This is known as binary options simply because the possible results are only two, the UP and the Down options. If you had made the right prediction, you will win the trade after the position has expired. However, if your prediction is wrong, you will end up losing the trade.

Since the choices are only two, there are only to results, you either win or lose the trade. This type of binary options trading options is very easy for the beginners in this market to implement.

As such, it is one of the easiest trading options that new traders should consider trying out. Since the payout on any position is indicated on the platform, even before the trade has opened a position, it should be very easy for beginners in the industry to invest in the financial markets using this trading option.

With the Up/Down binary options trading, everything is designed to be very easy. As such, this is the same procedure that you need to apply, regardless of the underlying asset you would like to open a position on or the binary options trading platform you are using to invest in the financial market. Additionally, you also have the freedom and flexibility to choose whichever asset you would like to make a prediction on, depending on the variety or assets offered by you preferred binary options broker.

For many brokers in this industry, traders have an array of expiry period options to choose from. Some binary options trading platforms are offering 5 seconds, 12 seconds expiry periods and an array of other short-term expiry periods. Additionally this option also allows traders to incest in long-term options, such as the trades with expiry periods of days or even weeks.

It is at the expiry time that the broker determines whether you have won or lost the trade. This is done by comparing the price of the chosen asset at the time of expiry of the contract to the strike price of the asset. If you had chosen ‘Call’ and the price of the asset is higher than the strike price, at the end of the contract period, you win the trade.

Examples of Trades in the Financial Market.

Example 1: Using the Up/Down option to trade Google Stock.

Assuming that Google was performing fairly well and you expect that the Google stock will be trading above $672.10 by 4.00pm Est. Tempo. You should then open a position based on this conviction. To make this forecast, you can make use of the market reviews and trade signals provided by your broker. Alternatively, you may also analyse the market on your own and read the charts on the binary options trading platform you are using.

Based on such information, you stake $1000 on the Google stock asset and set the expiry time to correspond to sometime after 4.00pm Est. For the purpose of this example, we are going to assume that you broker is offering a payout of 70 percent on this asset if you win and a rebate of 10 percent, if you lose.

If after the contract period has expired the Google stock asset has appreciated to a value that is greater than $672.1.00 as you had predicted, you will earn $1700 . This includes the $1000 you had staked in the trade and the 70 percent payout, which translates to $700. However, if the price of Google stock goes against your prediction, you will get a 10 percent rebate from the broker. As such, you will get $100, which is 10 percent of the staked amount. In this case, you will lose $900.

In this case, the $672.10 price of the Google stock asset is referred to as the strike price. Now that you had predicted that the price will rise, this is a ‘call’ trade. The $700 that you earned above the invested amount is the payoff; hence your profit for this trade. In some cases, some binary options brokers will offer a rebate amount. This is the amount that the broker will reimburse to you if you lose the trade. In this example, the rebate is set at 10 percent; hence is $100. However, you need to understand that not all binary options brokers offer a rebate for their traders.

As opposed to this example, you may also decide to bet in the opposite direction, if you believe that the price of the Google stock will drop in the near future. In this case, you will have to place a ‘Put’ trade, but the payout will remain to be the same if your prediction is right. Similarly, the loss will also be the same if your prediction is wrong.

Example 2: Using Touch Trade Options to Trade Gold prices.

With binary options, it is possible for traders to take advantage of gold price movements to make a profit. In this example, we will use the touch trading options to predict price movements of the gold asset. In this regard, the price of Gold has to hit the touch price for you, the trader, to win the trade. With the conviction that the price of Gold will hit the $1617.40 mark by 4.00 pm, a trader invests $100 in this trade using the touch trading option.

For the purpose of this example, we are going to assume that the payout offered by the broker is 70 percent if the trader wins the trade and a rebate of 15 percent if the trader loses the trade.

If by the expiry period the price has touched the touch price indicated by the trader, the trader will have won the trade. In this case, he or she will get $170, which includes the $100 staked in the positions and the payout amount, which is $70. If the price of Gold does not hit the touch price, the trader will have lost the trade. As such, he or she will only get the rebate amount, which is $15 in this case. As a result, the trader will lose $85.

With the touch trading options, the trader is required to indicate the touch price as well as his or her preferred expiry period before placing the trade. Suppose the trader selects $1617.40 as the touch price and 4.00pm as the expiry period. After placing the trade, bad news regarding the value of the dollar breaks out. This will drive inflation fears and force oil and gold prices to rise. As such, the price of gold will hit the touch price. Although not all brokers in the industry offer the touch trading option, they are the second most popular binary options trading option.

A General Binary Options Trading Example.

Trading in the majority of assets, such as oil and gold, provided by your preferred broker should be easy and fast. The following general trading procedure should be applied:

To begin with, you need to select an underlying asset to trade in, such as a currency pair, gold or oil. You then need to select your preferred expiry period from the options provided by your broker; this could be 60 seconds, 1 hour, a day or a week. Indicate the amount of money you would like to invest in the position, for instance, you may choose to stake $10. Predict the direction you think the price will move towards; Para cima ou para baixo.
